DAMIANA - 190 °C.

The plant is native to Mexico and will add a strong aromatic taste to your blend. According to anecdotal reports Damiana can induce a mild energy. In herbal medicine, Damiana is often used to strengthen the nervous system, help with urinary infections, reduce menstrual cramps and act as an anti-depressant. It is also thought to act as an aphrodisiac, and has been shown to increase sexual activity in both male and female rats.





Peppermint can be found growing pretty much anywhere in Europe and is distinguished for its unique minty taste. The effects of peppermint relieve muscle spasms and act as an antiseptic. And of course, it taste very refreshing.


Nepeta cataria



THYME - 190 °C

Thyme has a great taste offering an energy boost of its own. Traditionally, the herb is thought to relieve hypertensive conditions and gastric complaints.





Passionflower can be found growing naturally in parts of North America, and is highly prized for its sedative qualities. When vaporized it can add tranquillizing and slightly sedated quality to the experience.

Lavender is probably the most famous aromatic herb. It has a great taste and smell, and is thought to have some very beneficial therapeutic properties. It is said to stimulate blood flow, both antiseptic and antibacterial, act as an anti-depressant, a carminative and a muscle relaxant. Even if you are not interested in these properties, just the aroma itself make it a worthy addition to a herbal mix.

Among fans of aromatherapy, lemon balm is well known for its great taste/smell and calming effects. Lemon balm is said to relax the nervous system and to promote sleep, relieve headaches and increase blood circulation. Studies have shown that its calming nature is enhanced when mixed with other herbs such as hops, valerian and chamomile.

ST JOHN’S WORT - 100 – 150 °C

St John’s Wort‘s natural anti-depressant qualities made it a very popular herb in the recent years. Anecdotal reports suggest that these can also be obtained through vaporizing, which brings out more sedative qualities. St John’s Wort has been reported to decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills, so do not mix.

Valerian is well known sedating herb that has helped many conquer sleepless nights. The vaporization of valerian is believed to induce much stronger effects than taking it in pill form or as a tincture. It mixes very well with lemon balm and other sedative herbs such as hops, passion flower, skullcap, etc.

HOPS - 154 °C

Most commonly associated with the brewing of beer, hops can be a great addition to a vape blend. Many have reported that the vaporizing of hops has induced both a mildly pleasing and sedative effect, making it a good addition to a this variety pack. The flavour is earthy, spicy and sweet. Many users will add it to all of their blends, no matter what they are vaporizing, just for the flavor.

Humulus lupulus



GREEN TEA - 178 °C

Vaporizing green tea is said to be very stimulating and rejuvenating, as caffeine is efficiently vaporized off the plant. If you want a more subtle, soothing experience, then slightly lower temperatures should be used. The energy gained is reported to be less than if you had an equivalent cup of coffee but the onset is much faster.

Camellia sinensis



SAGE - 190 °C

Sage has a nice minty like flavour and has antiseptic and estrogenic effects. The effects are said to be good at treating the symptoms of a cold, such as relieving the severity of a sore throat.

Salvia officinalis



Also known as Mate Tea, this energizing plant vaporizes best at around 190 degrees Celsius. Much like green tea, it is used by itself or as part of a mix to act as a stimulant, inducing a pleasant and energizing feeling.

Ilex paraguariensis - yerba mate



Known as the “Dream Herb”, calea zacatechichi is traditionally used as an aid to induce and enhance lucid dreams. It‘s been described to induce a very sedated and soothing feeling when vaporized, a feeling that is more potent than induced by other forms of taking it. It has the potential to help you drift off to sleep and explore your dreams.
