Lord Vaper can only accept unopened product returns within the first seven (7) days after purchase. The product must be unopened, and will be inspected upon return to the Lord Vaper office. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping when the return is of their own choice. Credit will be issued within seven (7) days, which will include the price paid minus any shipping costs incurred by Lord Vaper.
ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL. Before making your purchase, please ensure that you do a thorough review and research of the products that you intend to purchase. Please understand that our products are considered medical devices, and therefore can not be returned or exchanged for credit once they're opened and/or used due to sanitary reasons.
Product Operation Issues
Lord Vaper's primary objective is to ensure that the buyer is fully satisfied with the operation of the products purchased. If, for any reason, the buyer finds that the product is not working correctly, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page for proper resolution. Lord Vaper stands behind the quality of its products. NOTE: Please make sure the battery of any kit you purchase is charged and click the power button 5 times fast to turn on the device (this is one of the more common issues reported by first-time users). Most products may come with a slight charge, but it is always best to fully charge the unit first.
In the event Lord Vaper determines that the product is not functioning properly, a return/exchange RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be authorized by email, assuming the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period. In general, all manufacturer's require pictures and/or video showing proof of the defective operation.
In many cases, we'll try to advance replace the defective unit, and include a return label, if required, to return the defective unit. The buyer must take reasonable care of all goods in their possession and return them to us, with their original packaging, within 7 days from the date the RMA # was issued.
Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries, paint, or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions.
International Warranty Details
There are no warranty returns on International orders (outside USA). Manufacturer warranties are included on virtually every item we sell. If your vaporizer arrived defective or has broken within the warranty period, and you are outside the US, it must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement if possible and cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by Lord Vaper; (c) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic or glass.
Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd-party Reseller such as eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, etc. Lord Vaper warranties only apply to devices purchased at LordVaperPens.com or any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized Lord Vaper distributor.
Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way will void your warranty.
