Shipping Information

We work to dispatch orders for Lord Vaper products generally within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). However, due to order volume, product availability, and other conditions, order processing may take a few days. In that event, we will notify you by email to inform you of the delay.

Order Cancellation Policy

Since we make every effort to ship product as soon as the order is received, there are times when it's impossible to stop the order from being processed and shipped. Should you need to cancel the order, the quickest method is to call our message line at 844-420-3573 and select "Sales," which will send an immediate message to the Sales team. 

NOTE: Once an order has been processed and shipped, there is no way to cancel the order. Should you want to return the package, you will be responsible for shipping cost back to our office.

Discreet packaging

All packaging, whether bubbler mailer envelope or standard box, will not display any branding or other information that may disclose the nature of the enclosed contents. In addition, the return label will state "LVP LLC" as the company name, which also does not lend itself to disclosing the nature of the enclosed contents.

Shipping Choices

We offer FREE domestic shipping (USPS First Class) on all orders $25 or more.

For heavier orders, the cost may increase slightly, but it is always a Supersaver rate and you will be quoted on the Checkout page before completing your order. On the Checkout page, we also offer FedEx, UPS and DHL (International) options with a variety of delivery methods to choose from. 

DHL and FedEx can be especially timely for International orders, or when you need a product ASAP. Domestic USPS First Class orders generally arrive within 3-5 days. Lord Vaper is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will attempt to notify customers if delivery is delayed for any reason, however, this sometimes is beyond our control and subsequently, we may not be aware of it.

Tracking a package

When an order is placed, the system will send a thank you email. NOTE: this is only possible when you provide an accurate email address. Once your order is processed and shipped, a 2nd email will be sent confirming shipment and tracking information. If you don't receive our emails, please check your SPAM folder, since your email service may filter our emails into the SPAM folder.

NOTE: We also suggest providing a phone number so the courier may contact you if they need to especially for International orders. Oftentimes, when a signature is required or entry to a building is needed, the courier may attempt to call your contact phone number. 

If the delivery method is USPS, tracking information is not always updated in a timely manner on the USPS website. There are times when the USPS website indicates that the package has been delivered, yet you may not physically receive it for a day or two later. In this case, please be patient before attempting to contact the Post Office or Lord Vaper.

When the shipping method is USPS First Class, Lord Vaper is not responsible for packages that the USPS website indicate have been delivered, but can't be found (e.g., package theft, errors by USPS, etc.). After completing a search of the property, asking neighbors, etc., the next action should be to contact your local Post Office to ask them to trace the delivery location based on their GPS information.

If the delivery method is USPS Priority Mail, the package is automatically insured against damage or loss up to a value of $100. Should this be the case, please contact support@lordvaperpens.com for immediately assistance.

Customs and Duty

The user is responsible for any customs or duty that may be applicable on items bought from this website to some international locations.
